How this is bought
Unipoles is bought the way outdoor advertising generally is
Sites are booked structure by structure, usually in monthly or fortnightly display cycles, and often grouped into a package covering a corridor, suburb or whole city. Space, printing and mounting are normally quoted as separate line items, and illumination may be a separate charge again. Availability is the real constraint: a specific board is either free from your start date or it is not, so plans get built around what is releasing when.
We don't publish a rate card — we quote directly, usually within 8 working hours.

Before you book
Applies across outdoor advertising
Permission sits with the site, not the campaign
Every structure needs municipal permission, and cities also ask for a structural stability certificate, landowner NOC and traffic police clearance for illuminated formats. Ask to see the licence and its validity for the site you are booking, since penalties and removal notices attach to the display, not only to the media owner.
Artwork deadlines are earlier than people expect
Large-format printing, transport and mounting take several working days, and mounting on busy roads is often restricted to night hours. Some states also limit PVC flex and require recyclable substrates, which changes the print process, so lock the final artwork well before the display cycle begins.
Content rules apply to the medium
Tobacco advertising is prohibited outright and alcohol brand advertising is restricted, with surrogate creative scrutinised by ASCI and consumer regulators, while some states have their own liquor advertising laws. Municipal policies also restrict placement near schools, hospitals, heritage sites and traffic signals.
Planner's tip: Ask for a photograph shot from the approaching traffic side rather than a flat front-on image, because trees, a flyover pillar or a newer board built in front will change the value of a site far more than its stated size does.
