Ground & mobile media
Formats that move — priced by the day, the month, per vehicle, or flat. Check the middle column before you multiply.

Street & neighbourhood signage
The volume half of most plans — low per piece, so count is what does the work.
Screens — digital & aerial
DOOH runs on a monthly slot; drones are charged per flight — a launch and a sustain flight are two lines.
Print & direct distribution
Charged per batch, never per piece — count batches first, then convert.
Community & festival
Timed to a festival window, not the campaign calendar — booked against a date the client does not control.
A rate means nothing without its basis
Six ways a line multiplies. Getting this wrong is how a plan comes back short after it has already been signed.
Per unit, one-time
You buy the piece once. No-parking boards, pole boards, standees, feather flags, barricades, and auto-rickshaw branding. Quantity is the only multiplier.
Per unit, per month
Rented space, not bought stock. LED vans, lollipop kiosks and DOOH slots. A two-month campaign bills them twice.
Per unit, per day
Tricycles, and only tricycles. ₹1,300 is one tricycle for one day — ten of them for twenty-five days is ₹3,25,000, not ₹13,000.
Flat, or per flight
Priced whole. PA vans and drone flights do not multiply by days, and tricycle fleet branding is one charge however many tricycles are in the fleet.
Per batch
Newspaper insertion goes in batches of 5,000 copies, coupons in batches of 200 pieces. One lakh copies is twenty batches.
Quote on request
One line has no rate: the temple light board is priced by size, once a size is fixed. Never carry a placeholder number for it into a plan.
What scales with budget
The rate does not move. The quantity does.
A small plan and a large one are quoted off this same card. What changes between them is how many autos, how many boards, how many localities and how many flights — never what an auto costs.
This card carries rates only. Whether a given line is inclusive of taxes, permissions or municipal charges is settled per plan — confirm it with the desk before a number here goes into a client document.
